Product

손, 발, 머리 화염테스트 마네킨은 설치 후 화재 시뮬레이션을 통해 손, 발, 머리 각 부위 화상의 정도 및 손상 정도의 여부를 측정하기 위해서 사용되어 집니다.
각 부분은 영구 부착 또는 탈착식으로 제작이 가능하고, 이상적인 관절 형태로 설계되었습니다.
손 화염마네킨의 노출 센서는 손(2개) 손바닥(3개) 팔뚝(4개)의 열 센서가 부착되어 있습니다.
테스트 기록은 이 센서를 통해 전송되며 1800°C의 고온에도 견딜 만큼 내구성이 뛰어납니다.

Torch Assembly

A system of propane gas piping, valves, and pressure sensors would be provided to safely deliver gaseous fuel to the ignition system and exposure torches. This delivery system and torch assembly shall be sufficient to provide a uniform heat flux of at least 2.0 cal/cm2•s (84 kW/m2) for an exposure time of at least 5 seconds. The burner system shall consist of a safety pilot flame, one ignition pilot flame for each exposure burner, and sufficient burners to provide the required range of heat fluxes with a flame distribution uniformity to meet the requirements of ASTM F1930. Safety interlocks will be integrated into the system for operator/facility protection and security.

The flame exposure burners will be large, induced combustion air, industrial style propane burners positioned around the manikin to produce a uniform laboratory simulation of a flash fire. A total of six burners shall be provided to yield the required exposure level and uniformity.
